Fitness has been part of my life since I was six years old. I started with gymnastics, but it was Taekwondo that shaped my discipline and competitive spirit. For more than 11 years, I trained and competed at the highest level in Iran, earning a 2nd Dan Black Belt and multiple championships, including back-to-back national titles. Alongside martial arts, I competed in swimming and soccer, but strength training in the weight room became my true passion.
After moving to the U.S., I turned that passion into a career. I became a Certified Personal Trainer (NFPT) in 2015 and spent two years at LA Fitness Signature Club in Irvine before launching my own business, Fitness by Reza. Since then, I’ve worked with clients of all levels from beginners to competitive athletes and I’ve helped them get stronger, leaner, and more confident.
In 2019, I began competing in Men’s Physique, and in 2022 I won the California Championship. Competing at this level taught me precision, recovery, and mental toughness. These principles inform every training session.
For me, the biggest reward isn’t trophies. It’s watching clients achieve their own breakthroughs. I’ve helped clients lose 45 pounds, rebuild energy, accomplish their first pull-up, and return to sports pain-free. My philosophy is simple: precision over volume. Every program builds lasting strength, mobility, and performance, so you can unlock your best self.

You will be charged for a cancelled session unless you notify Fitness By Reza at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.
● Sessions for training begin promptly at the scheduled time.
● If you arrive late, the lost time will be forfeited and the session will be charged in full.
● Fitness By Reza reserves the right to forfeit scheduled sessions in the event of frequent cancellations (more than two cancellations during any calendar month).
● Known travel or other unavailability should be communicated to Fitness By Reza as far in advance as possible.
