How It Works

Sample Session Structure (45 Minutes)


  1. Dynamic Warm-Up (5 min) — Prepare the joints and activate the necessary muscle groups.  
  2. Skill / Strength Focus (30-35 min) — Targeted work on big lifts or primary movements from your personalized plan.
  3.  Cooldown & Feedback (5 min) — Essential mobility work.
