We cap classes at a maximum of 3 people. So Reza coaches younform, effort, and modifications.
I’m Reza. I coach strength, mobility, and habit change. I’ve helped clients lose weight, break plateaus, and gain confidence.
We keep groups to 3 people so the coach can give personal attention.
No experience is needed; programs are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout clothes.
Each program is tailored to accommodate the client’s specific limitations. We adjust exercises and focus on safe movement patterns.
