Small group training at Fitness by Reza is limited to 3 clients per session; keeping the focus on form, strength, and progress while building a supportive atmosphere.
You’ll train with others who share similar fitness levels and goals. Each participant gets individualized attention and customized programming within the group setting. Reza monitors your technique and progress throughout every session to ensure you get results without sacrificing form or safety.
Sample Session Structure (45 Minutes)

No experience is needed; programs are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Each program is tailored to accommodate the client’s specific limitations. We adjust exercises and focus on safe movement patterns.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout clothes.
