Virtual personal training sessions deliver the same level of coaching, structure, and results as in-person sessions without the commute. Every workout is customized to your goals, and available equipment, whether you train at home, or in your own gym.

You’ll meet with Reza in real time using FaceTime or WhatsApp for each session.
He’ll demonstrate exercises, correct your form, and adjust your program as you progress.
Each session builds on the last to help you stay consistent, confident, and motivated wherever you are.
I ensure correct form through live, one-on-one video sessions. You set up your device so I can see your entire body, and I provide real-time, immediate feedback and corrections, just like I'm right there with you.
You need minimal equipment to start. I recommend a core set: dumbbells, resistance bands, a stability ball, and an exercise mat. Depending on your goals, we can later add optional pieces like a kettlebell or medicine ball.
Results depend on consistency, effort, and starting fitness level, but most clients notice strength, endurance, and mobility improvements within 4-6 weeks.
I provide general nutrition guidance and strategies to support your fitness goals, but not personalized medical or dietitian-level meal plans.
