
Every client has unique goals, and training needs. Each one-on-one session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and movement patterns. You’ll receive focused coaching that improves strength, mobility, and performance while minimizing risk of injury.
My role is to guide you with clear direction, accountability, and expert feedback. I combine more than 10 years of professional experience, a background in Biomedical Engineering, and competitive athletic insight to deliver results you can measure and maintain.
Training begins with a movement and posture assessment to identify your strengths, limitations, and areas of priority. From there, we develop a structured plan that combines resistance training, mobility work, and conditioning to match your experience level and goals. Each session is 60 minutes and includes direct feedback, technique correction, and ongoing adjustments to ensure steady progress. All in-person sessions take place at a private professional gym in Irvine where I train my clients.

You can expect noticeable improvements in strength, muscle definition, posture, and endurance. Training sessions are designed to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and build the consistency needed for lasting results. Whether you’re starting fresh, rebuilding after time away, or pushing toward new athletic goals, you’ll train with precision and purpose.

Most clients start with 2 sessions/week for steady progress; beginners can start with 1.
