Semi-Private Training combines the precision of one-on-one coaching with the energy and accountability of training alongside a partner. Sessions are limited to a maximum of 2 clients, ensuring you still receive individualized programming, real-time feedback, and measurable results.
Each participant begins with a movement and posture assessment to identify strengths, limitations, and goals. From there, training programs are customized for each person within the same session. You’ll share the time, but not the same workout because every client follows their own plan.
Semi-Private Training is ideal for friends, couples, or training partners who want to work together under professional guidance. It’s also a great choice for clients who prefer a smaller setting but want the same structured, results-driven approach as individual training.
Each session is capped at 2 clients to maintain attention to detail and consistent instruction. You’ll receive direct coaching on technique, progression, and recovery while training in a focused, supportive environment.
Sample Session Structure (60 Minutes)

No experience is needed; programs are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout clothes.
You will be charged for a cancelled session unless you notify Fitness By Reza at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.
This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
