Semi-Private Training is the ultimate sweet spot. You get a training plan that is 100% designed for your specific goals, injuries, and current fitness level (just like 1:1), but you perform the session alongside others. This unique format delivers the cost-effectiveness and accountability
A plan designed specifically for your primary goal: strength gain, fat loss, or mobility improvement.
Every session is guided from start to finish: warm-up, skill work, strength component, and conditioning finisher.
We guarantee a max of 2 people per workout, ensuring constant form checks and adjustments.
Choose between our two core commitments: 2 classes/week for solid habit building or 3 classes/week for accelerated progress. All sessions are 45–60 minutes, highly efficient, and designed to fit your busy Irvine schedule.

Semi-private training is a session limited to 2 people, providing personalized coaching with partner accountability.
No experience is needed; programs are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout clothes.
You will be charged for a cancelled session unless you notify Fitness By Reza at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.
This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
