The Science Behind Our Sessions

Flexible Class Formats

Choose between our two core commitments: 2 classes/week for solid habit building or 3 classes/week for accelerated progress. All sessions are 45–60 minutes, highly efficient, and designed to fit your busy Irvine schedule.


Sample Session Structure (60 Minutes)


  1. Dynamic Warm-Up (8–10 min) — Prepare the joints and activate the necessary muscle groups.  
  2. Skill / Strength Focus (20–25 min) — Targeted work on big lifts or primary movements from your personalized plan. 
  3. Conditioning Finisher (10–12 min) — High-intensity, low-impact circuits to boost cardio and fat burning. 
  4.  Cooldown & Feedback (5 min) — Essential mobility work and personalized notes from your coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

Semi-private training is a session limited to 2 people, providing personalized coaching with partner accountability. 


No experience is needed; programs are tailored to your fitness level and goals. 


Bring a water bottle, towel, and wear appropriate workout clothes. 


You will be charged for a cancelled session unless you notify Fitness By Reza at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled session.


  • Sessions for training begin promptly at the scheduled time.
  • If you arrive late, the lost time will be forfeited and the session will be charged in full.
  • Fitness By Reza reserves the right to forfeit scheduled sessions in the event of frequent cancellations (more than two cancellations during any calendar month).
  • Known travel or other unavailability should be communicated to Fitness By Reza as far in advance as possible. 


This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
